3. Enrollment and Registration

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Individual Lessons:
- 24 hours notice required for cancellation
- Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged
- Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis
Course Packages:
- Full refund if cancelled within 7 days of enrollment
- Pro-rated refunds for unused lessons after 7 days
- No refunds for courses more than 50% completed
5.2 Academy Cancellations
If we need to cancel lessons or courses:
- We will provide as much notice as possible
- Alternative scheduling will be offered
- Full refunds available if rescheduling is not possible
- We are not liable for consequential damages
5.3 Refund Processing
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing
- Processing time: 5-10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

- Materials are for personal educational use only
- Copyright infringement will result in termination
8.2 Student Recordings
- Students own rights to their performances
- Permission required for academy use of student recordings
- Marketing materials may feature student performances with consent
- Students may request removal of their content
9. Privacy and Confidentiality
- Student information is kept confidential
